Account Deletion

Permanently delete your NOAH Basketball account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Open the More tab, tap Delete my account, and confirm. If you no longer have the app, you can fill out the form below.

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete your profile, login credentials, team/roster memberships, friends, and stats. Shot data recorded on Noah systems is kept in anonymized form, no longer linked to your name or email, for facility and analytics purposes.

Once support processes your request, an email containing a deletion link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. That link is valid for approximately 48hrs. Follow the link and confirm account deletion. You will receive a second email upon confirmation of account deletion.
