Plant Step Shooting Drill

Directions:

1. Player Plant/Pivots foot forward in a staggered stance.
2. Player eyes focus on the rim with the hands on the ball.
3. Player steps and shoots.

NOTES: Stay low / Remind players about shooting from out of a chair.
